Born among fighters in the tropics
Ringworm and staph hit harder in a room that never drops below 28°C. The soap we could buy either did nothing or burned. So we made our own, in small batches, and handed bars to training partners until the formula held up.
The academy came first
Akademi Kristus is a not-for-profit in Bali transforming the lives of Indonesian youth through education, martial arts and creative arts. It began as a modest project teaching children on a tarpaulin under a tree. It is now a force in these kids' lives, and in their families'.
Not a charity brand
We do not want you to buy this out of pity. Buy it because it is the best bar you can take into the shower after training. The 5% is not the pitch — it is the standing order that makes the product mean something.

Every ingredient earns its place. If it does not hold up through a week of no-gi in Canggu, we do not sell it.
